if u r in direct conversation,just say "good morning/afternoon,mr.xxx" (In case u know each other before) if u mat for the first time,u would got thousands of ways saying "hello" such as " U must be Mr.xxx,Nice to meet you"(in some aeroport like places)
There's NO SPECIFIC way to say hello.Just try to be natural.Otherwise u would be like just a foreigner.
