I am girl in grade eight.I wish I was a charming girl.But I am a little bit fat.I am always suggested that I should have done much exercises to slim down.It's a pity that I am not good at PE.
So,if I want to be more slim and healthier,I have to eat less and do more aerobics,such as long - time walk,maybe I could go to school and back home on foot everyday;and also,when as soon as I could stand doing something,I will not sit; when I am watching TV,I could do some exercises in stead of just sitting on the sofa.I am sure if I could insist on doing this,I will become more slim and heathier.
