Hypothesis testing is a method of inferring the population from samples in mathematical statistics on the basis of a given hypothesis.It is to make a hypothesis about the population being studied according to the need of a question; to select an appropriate statistic, to calculate the value of the statistic from the samples being measured, and to test according to the preset significance level, so as to make a judgment of rejecting or accepting the hypothesis. Quality management is to command and control the organized and coordinated activities with regard to quality, including establishing quality policy,quality objectives and quality planning, as well as quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Along with the continuous market development of Chinese products, the methods/ways of quality management become more and more important.In this paper,the hypothesis test is used in product testing in combination of statistical process control chart, to analyze the quality problems existing in products, so as to provide a basis for future improvement of products.
