1.属于让步从句的倒装
Although/Though + 主语 + 动词 + 副词/形容词/名词,主语 + 动词...
＝ 副词/形容词/名词 + as + 主语 + 动词,主语 + 动词.
看着可能有点晕,给你几个例句：
Although he worked hard,he failed.= Hard as he worked,he failed.
Though he is rich,he is not happy.= Rich as he is,he is not happy.
Although she is a woman,she is brave.
注意,在名词单数提前做倒装的时候,要把前面的冠词（an/a）省略.
2.固定用法.在这种表示地点的副词倒装的时候,极少使用进行时.记住便可.
3.应该选择A?当主语为代词【你我他她它（们）】时候,副词提前,也不倒装.如：
Here you are.
Down fell the trees!Down it fell!
