意思是a.thedate = b.thedate(+)相等,但是当b中有一条记录在a中不存在的时候,那么把b这个标示选择出来,但是后边的数据添0
例：

当用了a.thedate = b.thedate(+)这种语句后
选出的就是1,2,3,4
