I think vegetables are healthy.Because they are lots of cellulose in vesetables which can help us digest better.Also there are rich vitamins in vegetables.Those vitamins can make our immune system stronger.On the other hand,vegetables won't make you put on weight.All in all ,I think vegetables are healthy.
