e full of 和 be filled with 差不多
be full of 通常后接人之类的（e.x.the room is full of people)或者说些比较抽象的：he speaks with a vioce full of emotions.
而 be filled with 通常用来指代物体吧 （e.x.the bottle is filled with water 这个时候一定用filled)
有些时候一定用filled 比如：the course is filled.
be filled with 和 fill with 的区别就是被动和主动而已.
