There是做定语的么?副词好像不能做定语!此外这也不是there be句型.
还有 greater 应该是副词才对啊 ,要么就是做定语修饰主语的?

(2) Greater 是 形容词的比较级
(3)全句是"the+比较级…,the +比较级…" 的固定句构
译为“越……,越……”,此句构的用途在于表示一方的程度随着另一方的变化而变化,其中的两个the都是副词,而不是冠词,前面部分是从句,后面部分是主句.
The more air there is inside the tyre, the greater pressure there is in it
主从句还原成标准句如下:
There is more air inside the tyre 有更多的空气在轮胎里
There is greater pressure in it . 有更大的压力在里面
