Hello.my name's XXX and my age is XXX I'm a student from XXX School.I am very healthy .because I having a lot of good living habit.In the morning I get up early and I aways eat very delicious and heathy breakfast.
After that I run to School I think that it is good exercise .when have lunch I often eat lots of fruit.After I go to the gym with my best friend .Then I ride my bike to home.I must eat dinner before I can watch game on TV.At 9:30 I go to bed.So I get up never late.I can sleep a long time .So I have good live habits.
