I am so sorry to bring you a terrible news.Before I live in this hotel,I heard that this hotel is famous for its considerate service.However,when I live in this hotel,I found that things are go the way around.First of all,the air conditioning in my room does not work well.Next,there is no cleaner who clean my room.To make the matters worse,when I make a request that I want to change another room,the service personnel does not agree at all.I hope that the related principles can take charge of these problems as soon as possible.
