你是说doesn't （does not）和don't（do not ）吗?
如果陈述句中的谓语动词只是行为动词,而没有助动词或情态动词时,其否定式要在 行为动词前加 do not 或第三人称单数加 does not ；动词是过去时,要在动词前加did not.
也就是都助动词加not 表示否定.
看主语啦,如果第三人称单数：he ,she,john(名字）等
He does't speak English.（speak为行为动词）
他不会讲英语.
如果主语是第一,第二人称,或者第三人称的复数they ,I ,you 等
they don't want to read books
他们不想阅读书籍.
