you should choose the most comfortable way to suit yourself. I found that English subtitle would improve my English skill, because you see the words, and you have to look it up in the dictionary with English subtitle. with dual subtitles, you may get rid off this process, but it is too easy for you to know the meanings of words, you probably won't remember and forget about it after awhile.
