这种从句一般都是用 if / whether 引导的,从句本身应改为陈述句,
We seldom consider if there is any faults on ourselves or if we take these self-imperfections seriously.（这里if可以用whether代替）
但如果疑问句加了or not,就只能用whether 不能用if
举个例子,我不知道明天会不会下雨
I don't know whether it will rain or not.
