I bought a new cellphone from your company
in March this year and found that I could not use it after a week.So I had gone to repair it for two times but it also couldn't be used properly.
Would you please check the cellphone and replace a new one for us or get a refound for this?I hope you could deal with it as soon as possible.I would appreciate it if you could replace a new one for us .
