The 21th century is an era fulfiled with opportunities and challenges. It is not only an era where survival of the fittest and elimination of inferior happens, but time of more fierce competitiion in human resource. This article tries to find out some aspects that the operating personel of postal field in MS City dissafisfiy in existing organizaional material/non-material motivation measurements through the analysis of survery and questionnaire to these people about the existing motivation strategies. It finds the root of currenct problem by analyzing the historical data and questionnaire, combined with some related knowledge of Motivation Theory and Human Resource Management and provides several improvement strategies to the previous motivation system.
