Abstract:This design is a high-rise building in colleges and universities in tianjin, the comprehensive teaching building water supply and drainage engineering design, including water supply system, drainage system and fire control system three parts.
Water supply system using water rationing. A layer to the second floor for the next area, directly by the municipal water supply pipeline network of water supply; Three to ten is the area on the second floor, the frequency control of motor speed pump water storage tank pressurization water from the basement. Drainage system with sewage and waste water diversion discharge, drainage riser set special ventilation tube. Local processing sewage need to the septic tank and then discharged into municipal drainage pipe network, living waste water can be directly discharged into the municipal pipe network. Fire protection system by the hydrant extinguishing system and automatic spray fire extinguishing system, the early fire in the first 10 min water supplied by roof water tank, the normal water supply by the fire pump from underground cisterns extraction in supply. Water supply pipeline in PPR plastic pipes, drainage pipeline in UPVC plastic pipe, fire control pipe are made of galvanized steel pipe.
Design process scheme is optimized for each system comparison, plane layout and hydraulic calculation, selection of equipment needed for optimization. Each plane construction drawing and system shaft side figure in CAD drawing.
