Hello, today I received an email indicating my laptop repair status is "Action Complete". Does it mean that my laptop has finished the repair process and ready to ship back to me? If it is, I am wondering when I will get it back.
I am not at home during Apr 18 to Apr 21, could you please ship it before 18th? Or could you ship it on 22nd?
My laptop is very important for me, please ship it as soon as possible, much appreciated.
