Top meal of the day
Nowadays it’s common for many high- school students to skip breakfast, leading to both poor school performance and damage to their health.
When asked why they skip breakfast, some students say they think of breakfast as the least important meal of the day. In addition, others say they have too little time in the morning to have breakfastso they just have nothing for breakfast. And a third group, mostly girls, say they skip breakfast just for the purpose of losing weight.
Actually, I suggest that every student have breakfast every day, since breakfast can keep energetic during the day. Besides, having breakfast can help us to concentrate in class and study more efficiently.
