我觉得两个都填 an
第一个要加an 因为名词要加冠词 就算damp是修饰october的 也要加个冠词
就像 so beautiful a girl 一样
第二个要加an 是因为指的是 我不记得以前有下了这样多雨的一个秋天 是指以前任意的一个秋天 所以要加 an
