两题都是被动语态的现在完成时,区别在于第一题是现在分词having,第二题是不定式to have.
第一题：
having been found guilty of theft作原因状语.如果换成to have,就变成目的状语了,就与语境不合.
第二题：
the bank is reported in the local newspaper to have been robbed,如果转换成主动形式可能有助于理
The local newspaper reportes the bank to have been robbed.这里to have been robbed作宾语补足语.
这跟ask sb to do sth的被动说法sth is asked to be done结构是一样的.
