It was a pleasure to meet you the other day.I was very grateful that you were able to find some time in your busy schedule to visit us.I think it should be helpful for me to put on paper some of the points we agreed on at our meeting and to indicate some (things,items,opinions) for the action points.We have agreed that my company will act as your agent in the northern Europe.As your agent,we will operate on a commission basis.We will charge you on the rate of 20% of the sales up to 2 million Euros.As for sales above such figure we will charge commission on a sliding scale up to a maximum rate of 25%.
