Li Ming got into the habit of eating junk food,which did much damage to his health.What’s more,he became a pure couch potato and often spent most of his time watching TV,lying in the sofa with snacks.As a result,he became fat and weak.Even climbing stairs would make him breathless.
Having realized how serious his problem is,he is determined to make some change this year.He cuts down the amount of food each meal and takes in more fruit and vegetable than before.What’s more,he does many sports when he is free,like swimming,running,skating or football.
Eventually,he regains his strong body.To keep on exercise,he now chooses to walk to school everyday.
From Liming’s experience we can learn that a balanced diet and regular exercise are very important to a healthy life.
