    这道题和后面是last night还是at 7o'clock last night毫无关系,根本不在乎时间,而在于它要表达的意思,was seen +doing现在进行时,表示被看到正在做某事,而was seen +(to)do 一般现在时,表示被看到做某件事的整个过程.这和时间点完全扯不上关系.

    而被动语态 如果主动语态中是不带to的不定式结构 如 see sb.do sth.改成被动语态要加上 to
