When we talk about hard work,we will possibly think of better performance.Most people think that working hard would mean better performance,but the fact is the equation is totally wrong.Hard work doesn't neccessarily corresponds to quality output.When people work hard,they are actually driven by some kind of forces.Different forces will yield different result!For example,hard work under coercion will only leave a negative impact that even they try hard to get their tasks on hand done,they aren't necessarily conscientious but under unseen pressure.Therefore,introducing fun into our work plays an important role in coordinating the two important elements,which are emotion and hard work.People today are too tense that they need some pleasure when doing their job.Pleasure at work can act as a motivator becasuse emotions and stress can directly affect the work performance of an employee.Fun elements should therefore be incorporated in their work to make sure they enjoy themselves very much while working.Both ethics of hard work and fun of work are actually complementary.When you have fun doing your job,you are most likely to work harder under good mental condition.In short,having the two components mentioned above combined into one is the most efficacious way to produce efficient work.
