Titanic, claimed to be most powerful and the biggest ship at the time, sank due to a collision with an ice glacier. Thousands of people died due to drowning and many more perished due to freezing water when they did not get a chance to board life-saving boats. The lesson learned is that people should not prioritize appearance over safety. The tragedies occurred during Titanic sinking were mainly due to the insufficient number of life-saving boats after the number was cut significantly for the sake of beauty or appearance of the ship.
