I was really in a state of panic whether I could be elected because I am short and come from a faraway villige when Our class elected monitor vary from 1.5 meters to 1.7 meters tall at the beginning of this new term.
As there were so many students made statements,it was rather difficult for me to make my way to the stage and recommand myself.
Fortunately,I made my speech smoothly because I wasn't anxious for speaking in public after a shor while.
In the process of giving the speech,I guaranteed that I would care for classmates and have deep love for my duty if I was chosen to be monitor.
The moment I finished I realized that my dream of being appointed as monitor came true while I saw the surprising look from the classmates.
