    Nowadays more and more people face the problem of health because of their bad habit of eating.They suffer illness such as stomachache,headache ,anemia and so on.It seems that forming a healthy eating habit is no more vital and necessary.

    As far as I'm concerned,I hold the idea that we shoud do follows to set up a healthy eating habit .First,keep up having breakfeast is the most important .As a proberb says,breakfeast makes people younger and more energy.It is true.Second,no snacks.Many people are addicted in eating snacks therefore they eat few rice and vegetables.These people either so fat or so thin.Keep away from snacks can make them become fit.Last but not least,eat more times while each time have less.This method can protect our stomach and also make us keep fit when having much more tasty food.

    Of course,we shouldn't have Junk Food.Only do this can we form a healthy eating habit.That's what I believe forever.
