Abstract: MICE, a tourism product, has a high marginal profit and a strong benefit linkage, at the same time, its potential risks are coming too. It is essential for enterprises to learn how to identify and keep away from risks; it's in order to survival and development. This paper will research the system optimization of BP neural network technology used in the MICE risk management system, and we establish a model based on this technology. On the basis of risk factors and the discrimination mode of security alarm, we design an experimental model for MICE risk management. This model can make a scientific decision on the risks for some MICE enterprises. With its help we can advance the level of enterprise risk management, and our management will be turned into the source of real business value. © 2009 IEEE.

Abstract: As an effective tool for scientific decision-making, Decision Support System has been successfully applied from both depth and width point of view. According to this technology, this paper builds the tourism warning system architecture and researches its application for emergency. Using other technologies and algorithms, this tourism DSS can deal with the inenarrable problems in decision process, so its development in tourism industry is imperative. © 2008 IEEE.
