How nice it is to hear from you! In your letter you asked me how to keep healthy. Here is my advice.
First of all, try to develop a balanced diet. You had better eat more fish, meat, beans and so on, especially fresh vegetables and fruit so that you can take in enough nutrients. Don’t eat too much food with sugar because it is bad for your health and can make you put on weight.
Secondly, you ought to take enough exercise and learn to combine work with relaxation. Take part in sports as often as possible and you will find you’re much healthier.
My last suggestion is that you should make sure that you sleep for at least eight hours a day. Remember not to stay up too late.
