How do you deal with your sadness?
Sometimes, we feel too much pressure. We don't get on well with our friends, we don't do well in studies, we don't get compliments from teachers, our parents are too strict with us. With too much sadness here, how should we deal with it?
First of all,I think we should always keep a happy and relaxing heart. This helps us handle everything ahead.
Secondly, we should learn to be confident in ourselves. We should believe that we can be as good as good people.
Thirdly, try to take part in more outdoor activities, it can bring you much happiness and joy.
