This morning,a doctor was invited to my school to give us a talk about how to protect the bird flu.The doctor told us that we should have a good habit for our daily life.
First,we should keep the junk food away and eat the healthy food,such as the vegetables and fruits.Second,we must have enough sleep.Third,we should wash our hands often and brush our teeth after meals.The last one is to have enough exercises every day so that we could keep fit.
It is very important to keep healthy,I made up my mind to do what the doctor told us.
