stop要加s,第二、三句都是正确的,第一句的stop的主语还是he,但没有用第三人称单数,所以是错误的.
但就二、三句而言,一般会用第二句He is tired and stops to have a rest.因为and前后两句话主语都是he,所以就没有必要再重复一次,不然会显得累赘.
