其实差不多
the other way around简单的说就是“反过来说”,“相反地”,主要带有转折 （其实我觉得我怎么常用 无论日常还是考试）
on the other hand就是“另一方面” 顾名思义 有“one hand”才有“the other hand” 感觉并列递进转折都可以 视语境吧 范围更广 也挺常用的 考试中用在作文里也很好
