I am glad you share your troubles with me and it is maybe a kind of hot potato to handle.a noisy partner who can not stop talking,believe it or not,we all have been there,his mouth keep producing blah-blah when you are trying so hard to be all ears in class.not only that,but he doesn't do his homework or any review after class,all he can do is playing and running around.it sucks,yeah?as your big friend,i will give you one piece of advice or two.although he is annoying,you should help him with his study,the reason why he cann't focuse on studying maybe is he doesn't understand and finally loses intersets.so why not you help him and you two can study together?after you try this,you can see how he replies,if it doesn't work out,you may have to ask the teacher to chage a seat for you.
