Don't be shy,baby.you can be as tall and strong and the others.what you sould do is to be happy and smile to people you are talking to,and do some body exercise after school,like jogging or something to help you be healthier.and don't be afraid to help and talk to others,go out with them sometime or hang out with them,don't think too much,be positive and optimistic,you can do it :)
