Diet is an important part of our life. Good diet habbit is good for us to keep healthy and strong. I usually have three healthy meals especially for breakfast. I have bread, eggs and milk for breakfast so that we have enough enegy in the morning. I eat enough vegetalbes and fruit but less meat for lunch. I usually have noodles or porridge for dinner. Eating healthy food can help me keep fit.
