I know you are going to study abroad soon.Now something seems to bother you.You are suffering from insomnia.I hope you can be relaxed.Here are some of my tips for you.
First,don't consider too much about your study.Eating more vegetables,fruit and eggs will do you good.Conventional wisdom says "early rise and early to bed makes a person healthy and wealthy." You'd better follow this idea.Have a bottle of milk before you go to bed.I am sure you will get recovery soon if you follow my advice.
