at the moment 意思是 “当时,此刻” 是一个副词,一个状语.不能用作连词
例如“I was busy at the moment" -我当时很忙
on seeing 只能接名词短语,这句话若改成 on seeing the pop singer 就对了
the moment 直接充当连词,类似的还有 the first time ..
when the saw 后面不能接 the pop singer appeared 只能接 the pop singer.因为see 后面的宾语从句的谓语只能是现在进行时(表示正在发生）或者一般式（表示看完了完整的动作）
