Chinese cuisine has a distinct flavour.And nearly every chinese including me can cook in some degree.Recently I had an experience of cooking egg with tomato.
First of all,I washed tomatoes.Then I cut them into pieces.Turning on the gas cooker,I poured in some oil .I needed to fry the eggs first.I broke two eggs and put them in the pot.Dishing up the eggs,I put the tomatoes into the pot and then there suddenly rose up a lot of lampblack.It filled the narrow room and started me coughing.I forgot to turn on the smoke exhauster!Then I mixed the tomatoes and eggs together,casting one and a half teaspoons in.Finally,I finished this dish.
When I put on the dish on the table ,I felt definitely happy for my own success.I had no doubt that it was the most delicious egg with tomato that I have ever eaten!
