This experiment mainly examined the new way to evaluate the life span of high power LEDs by the ideal factor n.(实验研究新方法,不是用新方法研究LED寿命) The ideal factors of high power LEDs was calculated by studying their I-V graphs(large and small current were studied separately)(实验报告一般用 objective). Then, based on the data from the electric current accelerated aging experiments on high power LEDs, the relationship between ideal factors n of high power LEDs and their life span was discussed. A logical relationship can be concluded from the result: The ideal factor n can be used to evaluate the reliability of the high power LED. The longer the high power LED ages, the bigger the ideal factors are, and the shorter the life span of high power LEDs will be. (abstract 不是 method,不用那么强调顺序)
