As saying, eyes reflect our soul, therefore, we need to protect our eyesight to ensure that we can see this world as clearly as possible, also, that we can be seen by others at the best appearance.
How to protect our eyesight becomes a very important and kind reminder in both our daily life and classroom. And here are some tips I collected by my own.
1. Keep your eyes clean but definately do not use your fingers to clean your eyes. You can use a wet towel or handkerchief instead, and remeber to make it gently.
2. Do some facial massage timely to ease the feeling of tire of your eyes, especially after working or studying in front of the computer for one or two hours.
3. Make a preferable environment for your eyes seeing. Do not read under the Sun or in the bed or under a dim light. Ensure the light for seeing and gesture of reading is good for you to protect your eyesight.
