Polution is the price we pay for an over-populated,over-indutrilized planet.It is the increasing number of car which belong to individual citizens that loom so large in the world and led to a impending impact on our environment.Modern city consists of monstrous edifices and of narrow street full of patrol fumes and toxic gases,torn by the noise of the taxicabes and lorries.Never before had our community witness a monster like our own car.It is obvious that the only way to stop all of this is to control the ownership of private cars.
