Something shocking happened here in Japan on the 11th of March ,2011.It was an earthquake.Immediately after the earthquake,a great number of houses and buildings collapsed,the streets became cracked,water and electricity supplies came to a stop,water pipes broke and steam came out of the holes in the roads,along with fires and tsunami .Over 11,600 people lost their lives and many more became injured or homeless,which made it one of the worst earthquakes in history.
