D从语法上来讲是对的.主句是said过去式,那从句除了表达不变真理类的内容用现在时以外,均可以用某种过去时态.但是此处如果选择D的话,那就表示在过去的某一段时间内病了,因为是完成时,所以表示的是当Ann说这个话的时候Jim已经好了,那I就用不着surprise了,所以选D意思是不对的.
