[摘要]笔者认为作为大明商业步行街工程项目总监理工程师,对该项目施工组织设计、施工方案的严格审核,并对该工程实施全方位的工程监理工作,作为该方案的制定者和执行者,笔者认为：
由于大规模进行旧城区改造,城市建设趋向单体大面积高层深基础,地下发展已成为城区工程的发展趋势,因此大明商业步行街工程成功范例为城区大体积混凝土施工提供了值得借鉴的经验.
Abstract:The work of the general supervising manager for the project of Daming Commercial Walking Street,including his design for the construction team,his strict and comprehensive supervision over the construction plan as well as over the entire project,was rather admirable.As the plan's designer and executor,the writer made the following comments:
As a result of the massive rennovation work on the old urban area,the urban construction have taken on the features of broad coverage,multitudes of stories and deep groundwork,which shall in due time give way to underground structures.In this regard,the successful completion of the Daming Commercial Walking Street sets a good example for the large-area concrete construction projects in the urban area.
西安大明商业步行街工程位于市中心地区,受条件和周边环境限制,它的大体积混凝土浇筑在施工技术的应用方案的实施,在目前的城区施工中具有较强的代表性.
Situated in downtown Xi'an City,Daming Commercial Walking Street was a difficult project considering its conditions and surrounding environment.Therefore,the application of the project's large-area concrete construction is rather representative in present-day construction projects in urban areas.
该工程大体积混凝土施工中采用的施工工艺、施工技术、施工方案,对地下混凝土浇筑中不能产生的混凝土裂缝、渗漏、施工缝进行效控制,特别是常年水位线以下的混凝土工程,使得该工程地下部分混凝土浇筑无渗漏无裂缝,满足设计要求,符合规范要求.
The procedures,technologies and plans applied in the project offered effective control over concrete cracks,leaking and construction joints,which are not allowed to appear in underground concrete projects.
In particular,the concrete work under the perennial water line met the requirements in the plan as well as those of the standards to eliminate leaking and cracks in the underground section of the project.
