The power of imagination is what makes people different than any other
living creature. With our imagination, we have created inventions, and
improved on them greatly. For instance, the very computer I’m using
right now to write this prompt right now is a product of someone’s
imagination. I view imagination as a way to pass the time when I’m
bored, to create new ideas that I am always bursting to get home and use. I can’t imagine how incredibly boring us
humans would be if we didn’t have imagination. We would probably still
be sitting in caves right now, without A/C, no language to communicate
because no one took the time to make one, and worst of all, no video
games! *Gasp!* See? This is why imagination is important to not only me,
but the entire human race, because without it, we would be hopeless,
defenseless, communication-less, and overall no different than any other
animal. Thanks to imagination, we have A/C we have houses, we have computers,
cars, boats, planes, and several other means for making our lives
easier than it would be without our imagination. We have gained many
things from imagination. The United States would not exist if we had not
won against the British if George Washington hadn’t used his
imagination to defeat the enemy! If our artists, engineers, architects,
and leaders were not imaginative, we would not have well built
buildings, interesting paintings, or good leaders. Imagination is very
important. Hopefully you have learned that by now, how very, very
important your imagination is through my long and informational rant
about how we wouldn’t stuff without our imagination, and how you can use
your imagination for better purposes.
