Ya'an mining Refco Group Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the mineral company in Ya'an ) is a solely state-owned company by the original hundred enterprises in Ya'an coal mining administration reform, company's development so far, has become a carbon resource and oil shale development as the center, diversified energy companies in other industries as the enterprise, business leaders, and the main products have won many national important honor. With the rapid development of world economy, the increasingly competitive situation, facing the accelerated process of industrialization, the rapid development of knowledge-based economy and fierce competition for talent, new challenges, the development of more Ya'an mineral company will be restricted the quality of staff. Research on staff training problems will become more and more priority among priorities for the development of mineral company in Ya'an. According to the Ya'an mineral company enterprise training positioning is not clear, lack of needs analysis, training evaluation system is not perfect and other major issues, this paper to solve the existing problems of Ya'an mineral company training, play the role of training, put forward some constructive solutions, not only for the Ya'an mineral company with strong operability, the state-owned enterprises in the same industry will also play a certain reference significance.
