nowadays,people pay more attation to the problom of keeping healthy.however,we should choose the right way to do so .
as for me,i'd like to share my experience with everybody.i keep healthy by keeping correct diet,enough sleep and 30minites per day's exerise .and the most important thing is that you should keep doing it day by day,only by doing them every day can you really keep good body shape and healthy.
