i am from the countryside,in my view,the most important is that the poor themselves should improve their skills on all sides.first of all,they should try their best to take a good education,that is maybe not the only way,but without doubt the best.the rich,on the contrary,should not look down upon the poor,they have no such right.who knows,maybe someday the person once he looks upon will succeed.
