此处是省略了for sb,这里to do是对于sb而言的.其实还有个句型是there is sth to be done,这里to be done是对于sth而言的.
sb具体指什么需要看句意,一般在指for me或者for us,就会省略掉了,如果是指其他人,一般不会省略.
如：
there are some cookies to eat!
有饼干吃耶!
there is some meat for the dog to eat.
有肉可以给狗狗吃耶!
